All prices exclude VAT. Basis: €69 per month plus a one-off €449 for the player. Komfort and Komplett include the player without an upfront purchase price. Additional costs, such as travel, installation and customising slides to practice colours and logo, are provided on request in your personalised quote. These services are not included in the monthly price, including for the all-inclusive package.

Setup and compatibility are checked for each practice software system in advance
The minimum term is 60 months. The contract then renews for successive 12-month periods unless cancelled within the agreed notice period. From month 61, the ongoing service fee is €69 per month for all packages; the paid-for hardware remains with the practice.
Your personalised offer specifies content, the scope of changes, notice period, installation, travel and individual slide customisation costs. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract.

What is included — and what costs extra?
Ongoing service
Software, updates, automatic playback, remote maintenance and technical support are included. We manage content within the agreed scope. The number and type of changes are specified in your quote before you enter a contract.
Design and on-site services
Travel, installation, practice colours and logo customisation, and individual design are quoted separately, including with Komplett. Add-ons are optional; the photo shoot is a one-off charge.
How to request changes
Email new opening hours, team details or other requests. We agree the content, implementation and any extra costs beforehand and publish the agreed slides for you.
Term and hardware
Minimum term of 60 months, followed by successive 12-month renewals under the contract. Basis requires the €449 one-off player purchase; Komfort includes the player, and Komplett also includes a 43-inch TV and mount. Warranty, replacement and the notice period are explicitly defined in your quote.
